Which shipping company will it be delivered to?

Shipping company: We are shipping through DHL.

What is the country where it can be shipped and how much is the shipping cost?

When you visit our website, you can select the country where you reside or wish to have your order delivered. Please choose the country where you would like your order to be delivered!

Is there no free shipping?

Shipping fees will be displayed in the local currency of the selected country. Additionally, free shipping is available when you purchase over the designated amount set for each country.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed by 9:00 AM (KST) on business days will begin shipping the same day.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM (KST) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Please note that shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays in Korea.
For certain Korean holidays, we will provide advance notice regarding shipping schedules via popup notifications on our website.

When will the delivery be completed?

Due to the nature of overseas delivery, it is difficult to inform you in advance of the delivery completion schedule. Please check the shipping status by checking the invoice number on My Page > Order Details.

I can't check the flow during shipping, is it a shipping accident?

You need to check with the shipping company about the shipping accident. If there is no courier movement two to three days after the delivery is stopped, please contact our customer service center.(However, it may take some time to confirm the parcel's whereabouts. Please refer to this and contact us.)

Payment

■ Payment method cannot be changed after order is completed. → If you wish to change the payment method, please cancel the entire order before delivery and re-order it. ■ The shipping fee for the order is calculated as a country-specific rate and added. → If the amount changes after checking your order, the additional amount will be the shipping fee.Please check the final payment amount and make the payment.

Refund

■ Refund before delivery → Pre-shipment status can be canceled directly through My Page. If direct cancellation is not possible, please forward your order number to Customer Service. → Your order will be fully refunded, and in the case of a card refund, it may take 7 to 14 days for the refund to be reflected on your credit/debit card.

For international returns, the customer shall bear all expenses incurred upon return. (Return shipping fee + customs clearance fee)

The product that is not sold discontinued?

Items not listed on the global store have been discontinued and are no longer available for purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

When will the out-of-stock items be restocked?

The restock schedule is different for each product. Therefore, if you contact the customer center, we will check and inform you.

I'm curious about the size and material of the bag

Is it washable?

① All products currently on sale, including leather products, cannot be washed, and we recommend that you wipe them immediately in case of contamination.

② Other materials than leather :
Due to concerns about shape deformation, washing using a washing machine is also impossible, and if you must wash it due to contamination, please contact a laundry company specializing in bags to proceed with separate washing.

③ If the bag is wet :
As soon as you check, tap it with a dry towel to clean it well and dry it in a windy shade away from direct sunlight. (If the entire bag is flooded, it may be difficult to recover.)*Be careful of discoloration when exposed to direct sunlight and heat for a long time.
