For international returns, you have to pay for all return shipping. You have to pay for the shipping in advance and arrange return shipping using the courier you want.

In the event of a lost, delayed, or delivery-related issue during the return process, the carrier is responsible for tracking and resolving the issue through the courier. We are not responsible for any lost deliveries.
